Maverick Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our goal, but sometimes things don't go as planned. We've outlined our policies below to prevent any confusion if there’s an issue. Here's the fine print regarding returns and warranties:
Returns are handled differently depending on an item's condition.
New / New Other / New Open-Box: These units include a 30 day DOA warranty. If a New / New Other / New Open-Box unit is dead on arrival, the buyer must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the unit in order to receive a full refund. After 72 hours, the unit is subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%. If a product has been removed from a sealed package, it may not be eligible for return.
Used: These units include a 30 day DOA warranty. If a Used unit is dead on arrival, the buyer must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the unit in order to receive a full refund. After 72 hours, the unit is subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.
For Parts or Not Working: These items are not eligible for return and no refunds will be issued for units in this condition.
Please notify us within 36 hours of delivery if you receive a unit that has been damaged in transport
